Team
Justin Marcus
President and CEO
Justin Marcus is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Gratus Staffing. He was an Assistant Vice President at a publicly traded, Fortune 500 Recruiting Agency for six years before starting Gratus Staffing.
Justin studied Finance at Towson University and he has a certificate in Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School. Having studied finance in college, finance executives in his pedigree, and spending over a decade in personal finance, Justin has direct experience in the sector of positions the company fills.
Justin is a Maryland native and currently resides in Silver Spring, MD with his wife and two sons. He most enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.
Gavin Hannan
Recruiting Manager
Gavin Hannan is a Recruiting Manager for Gratus Staffing. He was a Vice President at a publicly traded, fortune 500 recruiting agency for seven years prior to Gratus Staffing.

Gavin earned his Business Management Bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. He prides himself on building long-term partnerships with both his candidates and clients alike, that are built on integrity and trust. Gavin works with clients to understand their hiring needs with a focus on finance, accounting, and operations, & matches those needs with qualified candidates across the D.C. metro area.
Gavin is a Maryland native and currently resides in Highland, MD with his wife. He enjoys running, meeting new people, and new experiences.
Jason Sanders
Recruiting Manager
Jason Sanders is a dedicated recruitment specialist who specializes in handling recruitment and account management for multiple fortune 500 companies within the Finance, IT, and Engineering space. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara where he focused on business in Film. Jason also assists with small to mid-sized companies as he focuses on the professional relationship to build trust, respect, and attention to detail. Jason prides himself on creating win-win-win opportunities to ensure not only his client's needs are met, but the candidates he works with are too.
Jason was born and raised in southern California, where he lives in Lake Elsinore with his wife, daughter, and son.
Ambar Marcus
Operations
Ambar, Operations Manager, is an experienced graphic designer with a demonstrated history of working in the events services industry. She is skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Marketing, Web Design and Operations.
Ambar is a strong design professional with a Bachelor of Fine Arts focused in Digital Art & Design from Towson University.
